Finger Spreader E42

The E42 Spreaders from PREMIUM PLUS are manual endodontic lateral condensers made from nickel-titanium (NiTi) alloy. They are designed for the lateral condensation of root canal filling material during obturation.

Their tapered, pointed tip is designed to slide alongside the master cone, creating space for the placement of additional cones during the lateral condensation technique. The E42 range is manufactured from NiTi alloy, while the corresponding E40 range is available in stainless steel.
