Premium Plus E40 Finger Spreaders Stainless Steel

The E40 Spreaders from PREMIUM PLUS are manual endodontic lateral condensers made from stainless steel, designed for the lateral condensation of root canal filling material during obturation.

Their tapered, pointed tip is designed to slide alongside the master cone, creating space for the placement of additional cones during the lateral condensation technique. The E40 range is manufactured from stainless steel, while the corresponding E42 range is available in NiTi alloy.
