Autoclavable disposable impression trays

Instructions for Use The PRESIDENT Disposable Impression Trays provide the rigidity of a metal tray with the convenience of a plastic tray. The Disposable Impression Tray is specifically designed to provide the highest degree of rigidity and stability to prevent distortion and bite-through to achieve consistently accurate impressions. It is made out of a highly rigid, transparent polystyrene plastic. The tray is anatomically designed to fit most patients and can be adjusted if necessary.

Procedure: 

• Try tray in patient’s mouth to check fit and make adjustments if needed. 
• Easily trimmed or flame softened for adjustment to customize fit. To Soften: pass tray through a flame a few times to soften and then bend to desired shape.
• To Trim: use an arbor band, large size bur, or any acrylic cutter to trim to the desired size. Be careful to leave smooth edges after trimming. 
• For additional retention of silicone based impression materials, the use of tray adhesive is recommended. Paint tray adhesive on the inside surface and peripheral area of the tray. Allow tray adhesive to dry according to manufacturer's instructions. 
• Prior to initial use, tray can be disinfected by a glutaraldehyde base - cold solution method. Follow disinfectant manufacturer’s instructions
