K-Reamers No10

MicroMega K-Reamers are the most common hand files used for the root canal debridement.
All /.02 tapered, packed in sterile blisters of 6, they exist in various tip diameters starting from N06 up to N140.

MicroMega K-reamers

Originally used to find the canals entrances, they are now mainly used at the end of the root canal preparation as a finisher, to eliminate residual mineral and organic tissues or to place the sealer.

• Multiple-use : depending on the size and the visual aspect after use, a hand file may be reused 2 or 5 times, an autoclave cycle at 134°C to be done after each use

• Clear identification: permanent number and cross-section markings, ISO color-coded handle plus a specific mark to exactly spot where the file has been pre-curved
